To kick off the celebration, BGIO is partnering with The Assembly to host The Annual Wellness Day in San Francisco this Saturday, November 9th for black and brown women in the Bay. Creativity & Self-Love
The Annual Wellness Day will strengthen sisterhood through workshops, panel discussions, live podcast recordings, movement classes, self-care practitioner services, and nutritious meals.
