On Our Radar: Vernon François' New Whipped Deep Conditioner
When you meet hair stylist Vernon François, it's impossible to not fall in love with him immediately. Bubbly, kind and intuitive, he's on a mission to, "Empower a generation of people with textured hair with the confidence to embrace their genetic gift."
With his natural charm and sensitivity to our unique strands (his lovely British accent doesn't hurt either), it's no wonder that he's blessed the beautifully coiled tresses of our favorite stars like Tracee Ellis Ross, Ava Duvernay, Lupita Nyong'o and more.
When Vernon launched his first line of hair products last year, the CRWN team fell in love with his CURL, PURE~FRO and RE-VAMP collections — which left our hair soft, lightweight and super hydrated. We can't wait to try his brand new WHIPPED deep conditioner, created specifically for stressed and damaged hair.
Vernon insisted on making the formula, "as light as possible, so that it can be easily worked into the thickest of curls. It delivers a potent combination of keratin amino acids which strengthen; anti-oxidants green tea and ginseng; sweet almond oil and jojoba oil to hydrate; and Aquarich® to lock in moisture from the roots to the ends of your hair."

One of the things we love most about the VF line is that each product has specific application directions, plus insight directly from the man himself — right there on the bottle. Gone are the guessing games: Should I apply when my hair is wet or dry? Will this work for my hair texture? How long should I leave it on? Dime size...really?? It's like having a mini Vernon in your bathroom!
