Since y'all have shown us so much love on our Instagram Takeovers, we thought you deserved a little more background info on the lovely ladies behind each story. Our curly-haired CRWN Muses are a collection of hardworking, creative, empowered women making a name for themselves in their respective fields. You've been following their day-in-the-life sagas catching everything from their beauty routines, to chilling with friends and family, to how they go about running their own businesses. Our weekly installment will let you get up-close and personal with the ladies you've grown to know and love. Delina is a Harlem-based makeup artist whose clientele includes Issa Rae, Franchesca Ramsey, Phoebe Robinson and many more of your faves... like Whitney White (aka Naptural85) on the cover of our very first issue!

2. Sequoia Carr

Sequoia is a California-born, Brooklyn-based founder of her own natural beauty brand, Leafed Beauty
